On behalf of the members of the John Paul Jones Chapter, welcome!
We strive to connect with our members fostering a culture of friendship, dignity, and respect. Being a member of the JPJ Chapter offers unique opportunities to meet people across our state, across the United States, and Internationally. Our chapter and state Color Guards are the “Face” of the organization and are extremely active at events to include:
- Veterans Day ceremonies
- Armed Forces Day parade
- The Early American Heritage Festival
- Gravesite honors
- Supporting local and state community activities
- Presentations to local area schools on the Revolutionary War
- Present SAR Flag Certificates to local residents, businesses and organizations for proper flag etiquette
- Navy JROTC programs
- Youth contest programs (with scholarship awards)
- And more!
The JPJ Chapter has members who are skilled in genealogy who are willing to assist potential members to see if they may have an ancestor who qualifies you for membership.
