Chapter

Serving the greater Vancouver area

Greetings from the Fort Vancouver Chapter of the SAR. Our membership includes residents in the Vancouver/Portland surrounding areas. We usually meet the third Saturday of the month (Excluding July, August and December). We have various activities that you can participate in including an active Color Guard Unit, local elementary and high school youth programs, JR-ROTC and Scouting programs and many other public service options that the SAR offers.
During our regular meetings, we enjoy a hot breakfast and invite speakers that present numerous topics of interest. There is a Zoom option for meetings. We also gather monthly at various local restaurants for an informal "Patriot Pub Night" that all, including non-members, are welcome to attend.
If you would like to see if you have qualifying ancestry, please attend one of our meetings, contact the Chapter Registrar or President and let's start the process of honoring your patriot ancestors. If you are already an SAR member looking for a Chapter, we welcome you as a fellow Compatriot!
